For years, HomeJab has made it easy to book professional real estate photography anywhere in the country.

But for many of our customers, especially remote brokers, property managers, investors, and real estate platforms, photography is only one part of getting a property ready to list.

Someone may still need to visit the home, confirm access, check the condition, install a lock box, mow the lawn, clean the interior, or handle a few other important tasks before the photographer arrives.

Over the past year, we've been quietly helping customers with many of these services.

We offer house cleaning, lawn mowing, and lock box installation as standalone services, but customers have increasingly been bundling them with their photography orders. Lock box installation has been the most popular service so far.

Now, we're expanding our listing prep services to make the entire process even easier.

Pre-Listing Checklist Visits

Our new pre-listing checklist service starts at $85.

A local field runner visits the property and completes a detailed inspection before the home is photographed or listed.

The visit can include:

  • Confirming access to the property
  • Confirming whether the property is occupied or vacant
  • Testing the lock box and keys
  • Verifying that utilities are working
  • Checking the condition of the lawn and exterior
  • Confirming whether the interior is clean
  • Taking condition photos
  • Completing any additional checklist items requested by the customer

This gives brokers and asset managers a clear understanding of the property's condition without needing to send someone from their own team.

It also helps identify problems before the photographer arrives. For example, we may discover that the key does not work, the electricity is off, the lawn is overgrown, or the property needs to be cleaned.

Instead of losing time or rescheduling the photography appointment, those issues can be handled in advance.

Yard Sign Installation

We can also help install the real estate sign at the property.

If the sign is already at the home, installation starts at $75.

We can also produce a custom yard sign and install it for $175.

This is especially helpful for remote teams that do not have a local agent, employee, or vendor available to handle the installation.

Property Rekeying

We now offer property rekeying starting at $250.

Rekeying means changing the internal configuration of an existing lock so that the old keys no longer work. A new set of keys is then provided without necessarily replacing the entire lock.

This can be useful when a property changes ownership, previous occupants may still have keys, or the current keys cannot be accounted for.

We can also place the new keys inside a lock box so the property is ready for agents, contractors, inspectors, and photographers to access.

One Company for Photography and Listing Prep

The goal is simple: make it easier for our customers to get properties ready for photos and ready to list.

You already trust HomeJab for professional photography, video, aerial photography, floor plans, and 3D tours. Now, we can also help coordinate the work that needs to happen before the media appointment.

Instead of contacting several different local vendors, you can work with one company and manage everything through a single process.

Whether you need a pre-listing condition report, lock box installation, cleaning, lawn service, sign installation, rekeying, or photography, HomeJab can help.
